We are a full service die company, dedicated to keeping your business running smoothly. We offer the following services for your convenience:

Die Sharpening  -  Regularly sending in your cutting dies for sharpening helps ensure trouble free cutting and protects your tooling investment. We will sharpen almost any die, regardless of original manufacturer. 

Die Repair  -  Many times, a broken or damaged die can be repaired to like-new condition at a fraction of the cost of a new die. Dies received for repair are quickly evaluated, quoted, and repaired to get you back up and running quickly!

Die Design - With well over 100 years of combined die-making experience, we are happy to assist you with designing a solution to satisfy your cutting or sealing needs.

Pattern Work - We have various CAD programs and techniques to help you digitize physical patterns. 

Material Testing - If you are not sure if your material is suitable for die cutting, we are happy to do some test cutting for you. The results of this testing will allow us to advise you as to whether die-cutting is a feasible solution, and if so, what type of die will work best for your application.

Machine Shop Services - We have many machine-shop capabilities, including CNC milling, waterjet cutting, lathe turning, welding, and other general fabrication abilities. If you have a project requiring any of these services, please inquire and we'll be glad to take a look!
